By accessing or using Landed ("the Service"), operated by App Factory Dev Ltd ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Landed is a voice-first job application management tool currently in pre-launch. By joining the waitlist, you're expressing interest in early access — no commitment required.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we'll store your email address to notify you when Landed launches. We won't share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Don't misuse the Service or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology are owned by App Factory Dev Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
